this should help you all out, say we probably all masturbated for a while and then suddenly stopped for a while for whatever reason. our bodies and brains have gotten use to our ejaculation so it builds up more semen and such. we need suagr and protien to build sperm and since there was a lack of release in ejaculation there has been a build up of the protien and sugar in that whole system that makes the sperm and sends it on its merry way.

so basically a solution is to have sex, jerk it every now and then and slowly bring down how much you do it to maintain a non yellow jelly like sperm....its a like a drug in a way cause you cant just quit cold turkey and expect no sideefffects

Semen can look a lot of different ways and still be normal. Foods, vitamins, drugs, alcohol and your health condition can change the appearance. Watch out for blood and nut pain. Don't climb barbed wire fences. Examine yourself after a vehicle wreck. Don't keep junior pressed against a microwave door or old style crt tv picture tube. Don't get him pierced.

The problem gentlemen is that it can be MANY things contributing. One is Drugs, prescribed or not. Which in itself isnt "harmful". One is "diet", lack of water intake, smoking, drinking, drugs. One is STD's. One is completely normal just a difference in consistency.
MOST of the symptoms appear because of a bacteria infection.
MY POINT IS if you have no pain or other symptoms other than the consistency do not worry.
IF YOU experience pain or problem with erections or finishing to early its most probably your prostate. Unfortunately the prostate is VERY difficult to correct, whether its cancer or not you need an exam. MOST likely its prostititus or however u spell it which almost never get cured, the amount of antibiotics needed to kill it the body cant take and the bacteria can hide away until treatment is stopped. So to sum it up and ive had this problem for years, IF you have no pain or erection problems dont worry your fine.
If you have pain or erection problems, sorry but odds are unless its an STD thats curable, or cancer, you will ALWAYS have the problem. I too have cysts on my testes. THE problem here is with ALL the "parts" involved in the mans reproductive, when one part is infected it all is affected. Mine started out as epidytimitis and proceeded from there to affect my prostate. So i have accepted to live with it i have no choice. Ive even taken so much antibiotic i almost died. Ill be honest and ill take a guess that many of you have done this, but the bacteria in fecal matter or more to the point anal sex can and will cause bacteria infections, thats where i got my initial infection from my girlfriend. SO if theres a punishment for sodomy this is one of them. I hope this helps. Ive researched been treated and consulted many and this is what ive learned. I have more info if youd like but i think this post is already long enough *ugh

Hi all reading this topic. I'm 40( 41 in feb2010) and I've had the yellow jelly blobs in my semen for nearly 20 years. Its in no way affected my fertility, I have four kids 17,7 and twins 5. If you read one of the first posts on this you will see a link to another site that explains how sperm is made. i think the problem we all have is the prostate not producing enough of the PSA enzyme to liquefy the sperm before its put into the semen and ejaculated(thats my take on a quick read of it).
So all those that are worried dont be, read the article.

Semen is usually white or grey, but can occasionally appear yellowish. Pink or red semen suggests that blood is present. Although this is only rarely due to a serious health problem, men with semen that seems bloodstained should seek advice from their family doctor.

Semen clots almost immediately after ejaculation, forming a sticky, jelly-like liquid. It will liquefy again in 5 to 40 minutes. It is quite normal for semen to form jelly-like globules and this does not indicate any health or fertility problem. Failure of clotting and subsequent liquefaction can cause fertility problems.

The average volume of semen produced at ejaculation is 2 to 5ml. Volumes consistently less than 1.5ml (hypospermia) or more than 5.5ml (hyperspermia) are probably abnormal. Lower volumes may occur after very frequent ejaculation and higher volumes are seen after prolonged abstinence.

I suffered from yellow, jelly like semen for a couple months. The cure is actually quite simple: hydration and masterbation(at least 3 times a week)

LISTEN UP EVERYONE! I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION TO THIS WOOHOOO! I'm 14 and ever since I've been sexually active I have been noticing that when I take my condom off, I find some sort of jelly-like yellow-ish colored sperm on my penis. Although, I have found a solution to this. It may call for an hour or so, then 5-10 minutes of the days following. See the whole reason this happens is because you're so used to ejaculating that when you suddenly stop or don't do it as often, your sperm basically builds up and this causes it to be jelly-like or yellow-colored. Step one: Take an hour or so out of your day, and just sit down, chill, watch some porn or whatever (you can even have sex but you're going to need to ejaculate 3-4 times) the reason the time period is so long is because you have to wait 15-20 minutes between ejaculating or it will literally start to hurt (your penis, that is). Now, after you have done it 3-4, maybe even 5 times, you might start to see a change in your semen, color turning white, it thinning out, etc. This is a good thing but you MUST keep masturbating/anything that will make you ejaculate I recommend 2 times a day, if this isn't working just simply try more, say 3 times and so on. This WILL cure you BUT! You MUST keep doing this each day or it WILL build up again and it WILL go back to the yellow-ish jelly-like semen everyone is worried about. So have fun and keep cummin :-)

(p.s.): The yellow-ish jelly-like semen is not a medical problem, it does NOT effect fertility and it is completely common and normal so don't worry about it.
