Ok im really confused about this i am week late and before i even expected my period to be honest i knew it wasnt going to come becuase a week before it was due i had some really light brownish bleeding that had stopped by dinner time....And since then i havnt got a period

i am also peeing alot im waking up in the night to go ect which i never usualy do. Im gettin headaches at the same time everyday i really never get headaches & iv being getin stumach pains at nights everyother day it could be period cramping but to be honest i wouldnt know that because i never get period pains

So anyway iv done a few pregnancy tests and theyv all being negative? has anyone else had anything similar? Or does anyone know what it could xx
