My neighbor has got this horrible little rat terrier. It has been around for nine years already and it is really starting to get on my nerves. I think it is a horrible little runt and it keeps yepping. It has also bitten bitten my on the ankle several times, and I hope and pray it will not be around for much longer, otherwise I will have to take matters into my own hands! Can somebody please tell me how long I have to wait until it is finally gone?
