My boyfriend and I have a very active sex life and just recently (about a day or 2 ago) i noticed a light pink discharge after having sex, and it continued for a few hours (only noticeable if i wiped) I'm a bit worried, could I be pregnant?

I've also been experiencing extreme amounts of stress from school and work, could this also play a factor in it?
