I woke up this morning and has a slightly uncomfortable feeling when I pulled my pants up. I soon realized there is a small lump the size of a raisin inside my right butt cheek. It is a few inches up from my anys and doesn't really hurt at all, it's just uncomfortable when I press on it. Could it be irritated from hair "down there" or shod I be worried?
