I have noticed this lump on the opening of my vagina and I was wondering if someone knows what it is or has had something like it.  It is smooth, skin colored and tender to the touch. If I push on it I notice fluid coming from my vagina (not actually from the lump). It's approximately an inch in diameter. I know it is not an ingrown hair or anything like that. Has anyone had or heard of something similar?
