Hi, ive recently discovered a lump in my scrotum. Im 16 and it is about 1cm in diameter and near a erfect circle. When squeezed it feels kinda like im squeezing a testicle, but it isnt attatched to my testees in any way as far as i can tell.Im unsure about what it could be. Do you have an idea what it is?

I got the same thing. A little round thing inside my scrotum but its sepearate from my balls. I think its kind attactched to the inside of my scrotum. Only noticed it two days ago and each day its slightly got bigger, today it seems a bit tender. Im nearly 18 went through puberty years ago but the past few days i just cam up with spots from no where. Im just hoping its a spot or something or ingrown hair which has not come up yet. THe skin looks normal though, if no like spot starts to form there by tommorrow i'll start to worry a bit more. I wanted to go to the doctors but im a bit embarrised so i'll leave it for a week or two to see if it gets better.
