Ok so I have noticed a piece of skin that is hanging from my vagina opening. It is about 1cm long and does not hurt to touch or pinch. But this just recently in the last year showed up. I'm not sure what this is or what has caused it but if you could please help that would be great. Thanks in advance

Hi asimonew, It's odd that it showed up in the past year but there are a number of things that could grow on and around your vagina that show up suddenly like that. For example, you could have a skin tag or a waxy growth or something like that. It is possible that it could be something else too, but those are my guesses. I think that just as a matter of safety that you might want to have a doctor look at it as well. Are you able to do that?
