I noticed today after showering that i have this pimple like bump on my vagina (i have to kinda pull my vagina up to see the bump, sorry it sounds weird, hope you all understand). It doesn't hurt or itch and i don't know how long it has been there. Its kinda big (like 0.2/0.3cm) so its scaring me even more. I can't go to my parents coz i don't want to explain to them or the doctor about what i did that might have caused it. I am not sexually active, have never had sex before but i do masturbate and just did yesterday.
Sorry it would sound weird but i hope to include details so i can get better answers. i just recently found out that what i have been doing for years is actually masturbating. I fold a part of a pillowcase and insert a little into my vagina, then stuff the whole pillowcase into my panties, then i hold the lump and kinda move it up and down. I'm not sure whether this is the cause or not coz the pillowcase has not been washed for some time now. Ever since i found out its masturbating i always felt dirty and disgusted with myself after doing it. i read another topic here and someone said she had it before and it is starting to turn brown and her doctor said it was a vaginal boil. I don't usually look at my vagina but when i did today and found out about the pimple-like thing i also saw another bump as well but its brown. Its like a bump with a brown circle in the middle and i also don't know how long its been there. Both bumps are not on the same place (i'm not sure but the brown one is on the vulva i guess...the part with hair)
Sorry for the long question but i can't help it coz i'm really scared that it might be something bad. Please tell me if it would go away by itself. Please help! Thanks a lot.
*If possible, please tell me if this is an abnormality -> i was googling which part is the vagina so i can describe better and saw some pictures of the vulva (on Wikipedia). i've known that i have this extra piece of skin on one side of my vagina for some time now. i don't know how to describe it but it looks like the little thing before the throat but its kinda like skin, i can pull on it and feel pressure when i press it but it doesn't usually hurt or hurt much even when i'm pressing it. I don't know what it is and hope someone can let me know if its something bad or just a piece of skin.
I've decided to control myself and stop masturbating coz it seems to be causing a lot of trouble to my vagina. But i still wish to know what is wrong with my vagina. Please help me! Thanks much!!

Hi, the lump sounds like it could be an ingrown hair from friction, I've had several of these from shaving. They usually go on there own. Masturbating is completely normal and is nothing to be ashamed of, it's very unlikely a pillow case will cause you any harm. I'm not quite sure what you mean by the extra piece of skin.

uh yeah the extra skin is a part of you vagina. haha your supposed to have that. There are different ways of masturbating, but the real way is to rub that skin. Masturbating is TOTALLY UNBELIVABLE normal for girls and guys. We teens joke about others doing it, but in reality I bet half you class does or will eventually since one day they will wish they had.
Btw I have that too I don't have a clue what it is, but according to other sites I've checked, it's something even people who don't masturbate have. It just comes and goes.
