I'm a Male in early 20's. I can masturbate perfectly fine and everything goes as expected normally. Always has.

I had purchased a Fleshlight toy awhile ago, because why not, and had used it a few times. Was weird, but it got the job done.

I had decided to try it again recently, and things went normally until I was about to orgasm, right as I was about to start to orgasm, the tip started to tickle. Alot. To the point where I couldn't go on without my legs just reflexively pulling up and stopping it. I attributed it to just being an off day, and life continued.

I attempted again today, and the exact same thing happened, but out of frustration(and a whole ton of willpower to force myself to not stop), I kept going. Instead of orgasming, I just urinated. It was the most awkward thing I have ever felt; Was also quite terrifying.

I can masturbate normally and still orgasm and the toy worked fine before, however, this tickling sensation and the inability to overcome it scares me that something may be wrong. Expecially if this feeling happens during an actual encounter.

As a side note which may be of some importance to this matter, I think I masturbate differently from most. I can't say I know how everybody else does, but everybody mentions lube, implying sliding the hand. I don't slide, I simply grip below the head; Tight enough that I can shift the skin, but loose enough that I wouldn't consider it "tight", and I shift the skin up and down. No lube required. I feel like this may be the cause of the problem, years of lack of sensation to the head...? I have no idea. Worrying me.
