I missed my period, but i have been recieving cramps at my lower abdomen (cramps to the point where i cannot move at times). Also when i urinate, it is painful and it burns at time. Oh and i took many pregancy test for the past week... and im not pregnant.

STD'S can have those symptoms...
BUT A URINARY TRACT INFECTION would be very likely!! It does cause lower abdominal pain, and burning when you pee ....
You should see a doc fast for treatment.

I have the same problem minus the burning... I was treated for a really bad UTI a few months ago on a home iv anitibiotic... but the pain remains.. months later.. I've been tested for stds and hiv and aids eveyr 3 months, and have had HPV for 2 or so years now but no other stds.. If you get an answer to ur problem beside the ones you've gotten please let me know because it's kinda scary to have these pains with no answers.
