Yer i am a 14 year old boy and i used to masturbate everyday once a day and got extremely paranoid that i would get sexual related problems when i grow up so now i have stopped and do it once or twice a week no more no less. am i doing myself bad just doing it once or twice a week? or was it a good choice to make?

Im always musterbition at bed time then i sleep well any side effects?
