ive got an on going back problem that was caused by being pregnant with my son in 2006. im on oxycontin paracetamol and tramadol on a daily basis and also oxynorm when pain is bad. ive been to see my gp today and mentioned to her about possibility of having another baby because i really am wanting one and so is my husband and she said that i would have to go onto morphine as a pain killer for my back pain but didnt seem to know much about the possible side effects to an unborn baby. i said about seeing a paedrition but apparently i cant see one of those until im actually pregnant which i think is mad personally. might as well have just got pregnant and then go to my gp.
i would love to know what the possible side affects are for an unborn baby as this is not something i am going into light heartdly

I hope since a month has passed since you posted this that you were able to get the information you needed. If not, I would recommend calling TTIS, its a pregnancy riskline. They will be able to inform you about the active agents in both the oxycontin and the tramadol.
