Hello, I'm 14 and today I was peeing when my piss started to burn. It's been happening from time to time but this time I noticed some red dots at the bottom of my penis's head. I can't really feel them, they don't pop out or anything all I can do is see them on the bottom part and on my head. And my ballsack kind of burns too,I've never had sex or nothing. But I do jerk off a lot and this problem really concerns me, I'm scared and I hope it's not something that can hurt my penis or my physical health. Please help me! I wish I could post a picture of it

When you say it burns when you pee is it as soon as you start to pee or after you stop?
