My genitals keep stinging

Hello,

I'm 14 about a month away til im 15 and my penis keeps stinging (Infection?) randomly about 1/2/3 times a day rather random and unsure why this happens just when its flaccid not when i get an erection or anything just completely random, also my penis is 2" Erect (A Concern?) and i'm in "Tanner 2.4" well, thats what the quiz says. I also have a red Circle from the connection from the base to penis and underneath my penis is also a red line. i have little white dots also on my penis. And my foreskin is quite tight i can pull it back but not so i i can see the head of my penis i cant and have never seen my penis literally i can't see any of the head at all. I'm scared because i have never seen the head of my penis and could have an infection i have seen some pics before and its disgusting i just hope this is all normal and part of puberty!

I have never had sex or a girlfriend for that matter of fact and any answers would be appreaciated i'd like some feedback on each of the things i mentioned if you have the knowledge

Hi guest. Is there any specific place it tingles or just all over and do you get any pain when you pee? Your size is ok as your penis can continue to grow into your 20s the spots you talk of nearly every guy gets them through puberty and some girls to.
Have you ever tried to slowly stretch your foreskin by pulling it back gradually a little at a time and holding it for 30 seconds three or four times a day until you can start to see the head?

He asked I agree with blankcanvas your penis is an OK size for your age. And will continue to develop as you go through puberty. It is important to be able to retract your foreskin. Since you're still in the earlier stages of puberty your skin may not have grown as much to stretch over the glans of your penis. I would try some gentle stretching exercises. The spots/bumps you describe are most likely fordyces spots which are normal enlarged sebaceous glands. Dark mine so I need your penis is probably your raph (spot where your skin of your penis came together when you were developing inside your mother.) it gets darker and more noticeable during puberty. As for the pain I think more info is needed. Does it burn when you pee does the pain shoot anywhere where is the pain located can you describe what the pain feels like and does it hurt when you pee? Thanks

Hello Biomajor10 and thanks for the response i have just had a pee! When peeing my penis hurts at the very tip also the head enlarges a very big amount when peeing. the burns is sometimes get are the whole head of my penis. Thanks for you help!
