the day after her period ended, we had protected sex with a spermicide condom, during sex it slid from the back of my penis, near where the hair starts to about an inch higher then that, we switched condoms and i only touched near the hair part, which wasn't wet, we switched to another spermicide condom, and finished up. the next day she was peeing alot and we don't know what caused that...then four days later she started getting cramps, she describes them as almost like cramps while on her period, but not as bad, but she says it's just obvious that they are there, she's freaking out, and i need to know asap, could she be pregnant? and how soon can she take a test, it's been a week since we had sex, so how much longer do i have to wait?????? plz help me!!!!

It's safe to say that gf is not pregnant from the description that your provided. Peeing a lot the day after sex means nothing, (unless painful) Even if she was pregnant (which i doubt she is) there would no symptoms at this time. It is also way to early to take an HPT. if she is that freaked out and wants answers, she must wait until she pretty much misses a period. She can take the test 5 days before her scheduled period, but many times it comes back negative.
My suggestion to the both of you is to get gf on birth control. Check into PlannedParenthood. There are also low cost to no cost clinics that can see her, just look in your phone book.

go to a doctor and they can tell you easy.. or a health center. get her on the pill to prevent it further.
