First things first - thank you for being kind and considerate to your girlfriend. Childhood rapes and molestation leave an indellible imprint on fragile minds and these surface later during sex. I am not into psychology or a psychiatrist myself, but I suggest that you take your girlfriend and explain the need of therapy to get over her anxieties, fears and inhibitions. It may take time for her to trust you and then let you have sex, yes, you need to be patient with her.
