what should it mean to me if my mri report says there is a 3mm hyperintensity focus within the bone marrow of the occipital bone in the midline which could be a fatty deposit or a small hemangiona. I am really wondering because I am really experiencing some terrible things which one Dr. says is some type of dystonia and another one says is stress. I have another appt. Monday with different Dr. and would like to know what this means on my MRI

I'm not exactly an expert, but, this MRI result means that there is some thickening or a small deposit in the bone marrow of your occipital bone - both fatty deposit and hemangioma (despite tis second's name) are harmless on their own, but it might be their size (that will be vital for the doctor to determine if this is related to problems you are experiencing) and exact location - with the pressure they maybe are producing on the brain, that will help your doctor find the cause for what's going on.
