Hi
I have a two year old son. Whenever I change him, and I wipe his testicles, or wash them during his bath, he says it hurts and pushes my hand away. I didn't feel any lumps, or anything else. Are toddlers testicles more sensitive, or do you think something else health wise could be wrong?

Nothing can be said without doctor’s examination. It is certain that testicles are sensitive but not that sensitive.
I am a mom, and I did some reading, so if your son developed infection, the pain would be very strong and he would complain about it without you touching him.
If you think that he is reacting and being too sensitive upon testicular touching, you should take him to a pediatrician to see if there are any abnormalities that you may not be noticing.
I am sorry I can’t help you more but I am certain that a doc could, at least by explaining what it could be and if there were ways to reduce the sensitivity. I hope everything turns out well for your son.
