Hello! My boyfriend and I have been to a rock concert last night, and during one fight he got kicked in his testicles. He was in a lot of pain then, and still is. I thought the pain would go by now, but it didn’t and I don’t know what to do to help him. His testicles are swollen and he is complaining about the pain in the stomach as well.

Hi! The blood and the scrotal swelling are due to blood that has accumulated around the testicle and within the scrotum itself. This problem should resolve on its own. Maybe he could go to an urologist and check if there hasn’t been any testicular tear. I wouldn’t know why his stomach hurts, he may have as well got kicked in the abdominal area as well.

The pain in the stomach is caused by nerve endings that are formed in the stomach area during the 2nd trimester. For males, the testes which are formed in the stomach area begin to decend and bring with them those nerve endings.

This is the reason men feel pain in their stomach when they get kicked in the nuts and sometimes causes vomiting. Hope this helps.

Hmmm, By tissue is it hard? And if so it could be a Hydroceal (i think thats what its called) Where fluid from the testicles flows into teh scrotum causing a swelling lump, it can come and go. A simple operation takes care of it. I recommend seeing a doctor. Even if it goes down again.
