My wife has problem with depression. I cant stand when she is unhappy it hurts me too much. She has visited doctor and he gave her Nardil to deal with this depression. At first she had taken 15 mg three times a day. Now she is taking 60 mg daily. But two weeks has passed and nothing seems to change. Should we ask for second opinion or to wait a little?

You have to be patent. Your wife didnt become depressed in two weeks so she cant be cured so fast. Nadril is medication which is known to show no effect until at least four weeks of taking at minimum dosage of 60 mg daily. Dosages can be increased up to 90 mg daily. You should wait and have more faith in hers doctor.
