Hi! I have a friend who is big on homeopathy and similar things, and she brought me a bottle of kombucha a couple days ago. I tried a bit of kombucha, and the taste is interesting and a bit like beer. According to my friend, there are all kinds of health benefits. I have never heard that kombucha has any negative side effects, though I did hear about people who had cultured it the wrong way who then got sick. But if you buy the kombucha drink in the store, then you should not have any problems at all! Let us know how you get on with the kombucha!
