I would like to seek for help because the result of my x-ray this October 8, 2012 impression is right upper lung tb.based on my x-ray, right upper lung fibroreticular lesions noted. Rest of the lungs are clear. Heart, costophrenic sulci and other osseous structures are intact. Mild thoracic dextroscoliosis noted. What is the best medicines for me? Is it poSsible that after I take my medicines, scars will stay at my lungs?

Your doctor should prescribe for you. It varies depending upon which country you are in. The important thing is that you take the drugs exactly as prescribed and complete the entire regimen. If you don't, the TB can become resistant and much harder to treat.
Yes, the scars will remain in your lungs.
