There is absolutely nothing on the FDA website about this product. The Ovulex website says

Selmedica Healthcare™ products are neither approved nor disapproved by the FDA. At this time the food and drug administration does not review, approve or disapprove any dietary supplement itself. Statements about Ovulex™ made here have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Ovulex™ is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

As a chemist working in the pharmaceutical industry, every supplement including nutraceuticals have to be checked by the FDA.

I would suspect that it is a placebo - sugar, chalk or similar, that the claims are false and that it is yet another rip off scam preying on people that desperately want to have children.

It is a known fact that the FDA doest bother with herbal supplements. Go to your health food store and check all the bottles. non of them have been regulated by the fda.
