i have had a couple of operations, quite a few paps smears, and coloscopys to determine whether i have endometriosis or not, they all came back negative, i have all the symptoms pointing to it, i had an abortion 2 years ago, i am still with that guy, and well i dont EVER feel like having sex, when we do, i feel as if it is a chore, it doesnt make me feel good, i need to fake i like it, so he doesnt get angry, it hurts every time, i feel it is my ovary area, but i have been told, i am fine, it makes me cough afterwards, nearly being sick, and brings uncontrollable tears to my eyes. if i do not have endometriosis, what do i have, how do i fix it, why does it hurt, why dont i feel like sex, i have tried tablets. Should i go to a different doctor, and have more tests? :'(

I live in Las Vegas and my girlfriend lives in New Hampshire and we only see each other for less than a week every couple of months.
