Sir , i am 26 yr old and I've been masturbating since i was 13 . now my  penis has became thin and ihav habit of masturbating in bed rubbing my penis and watching sexual vids .. But i observed nowadays i feel pain in right testicle  whenever i dont ejaculate....even my lower abdomen starts paining ..but after couple of hours and drinking lots of water and followed by urination this pain goes .....is it a serious problem or what can i do to fix this ...??
