I am of 28 years old. I am in serious problem. 10 years back i suffered with hydrocele. i consulted a doctor who tried removing the fluid using a needle injection but unforunately it pinned my right testical leaving a pimple mark(kind of thing) on it. there was a severe pain at the time. later on there were many side effect by it, like body getting heated when sat for long time as nervous blood circulation was stopped and heart started beating heavily when had mastrubuting twice or thrice a day and all right parts of body like hand, leg and even eye are paining when mastrubuting twice/thrice a day.
but the above symptoms are not seen when I maintain diet and health(Gym).
Note : till now i didn't consulted any doctor yet.
am serious worried as am looking for marriage now.

The doctor may be the best person to tell you if your hydrocele operation had affected your ability to have children. If you are scientifically inclined, you can collect a sample of your ejaculate following masturbation, and examine it under a high power microscope. The presence of numerous actively swimming sperms may be a first indication that your chances of having children is good.
