Okay, so I am very worried here.

I have had a small, and I mean very small hydrocele in my right testicle for the last 5 years. I have had an ultrasound on it twice, and a urologist look at it once. Both the the ultrasounds came back normal, and the urologist said do not worry about it.

For the last 3 years, on and off, especially, and maybe only when I am stressed and or anxious, I have a very weird movement/pulse/small twist in my right testicle. The one the hydrocele is on. It only happens at night when Im laying down, or sitting for a long time and only when I pay attention to it I find. Otherwise it would wake me up when Im sleeping?

Anyway Im very worried and have a hard time sleeping.

I am aware a hydrocele has no side affects like a twisting sensation.

What do you guys think?

Thank you.
