Hello,
generally, the treatment for paraovarian cysts is to monitor them and then to react only if they start causing you problems, or if they start growing in size. You should have regular checkups and ultrasound scans to monitor if the cyst is changing. In some cases these cysts tend to go on their own, but in others they can grow and start to put pressure on the surrounding tisue. You'd notice this because you'd constantly have a feeling your bladder is full. It can also cause abdominal pain if the pressure is directed toward your ovaries. In case you start to experience extreme abdominal pain, you should try to see a doctor as soon as you can, especially if the pain is accompanied by period-like pains and bleeding.
