i have noticed a discharge that looks a lot like semen, but only when i sit down to use the toilet. it happened a couple times over the past few years but more frequently (probably 30 percent of the time) over the last six weeks. i have also noticed a slight sensation after ejaculation or urination which i would not describe as pain or burning. i am not currently sexually active and was STD screened twice in the past 2 years, with no positive results. i was also diagnosed with a varicose seal and have been having lower abdominal discomfort. thoughts?

I don't think the seale is the cause of this fluid leak - but you need to have that checked if you are having abdominal pain!
I would encourage you to go to the doctor though also for the discharge issue. It does sound like there COULD be a prostate issue - perhaps inflammation...hopefully nothing more! When you have a bowel movement - there is mild pressure on the prostate - if it is inflamed and swollen that pressure could cause you to excrete semen. Get yourself checked out dude...if for no other reason than to reassure yourself!
