My problem is that i cannot voluntarily ejaculate. I can only jizz from wet dreams and can achieve a large erection and sustain it.

You say when you do cum and it smells, that sounds strange. The taste can be effected by what you eat. Certain things will make it more bitter, some more sweet. I don't know much about the other stuff but these 2 things I do know about the white stuff coming out normally could be cum or if you penis is swollen but not erect and you didn't masterbate and white stuff comes out that's most likely puss so get the checked out and if you pee and cum at the same time you most likely have a faulty valve it can't be fixed but I believe that there is a medicine to help
