You probably just have semen being pushed out of your prostate gland during anal sex because the other man's penis and penis head ridge is massaging your prostate gland with every thrust in and out of your anus. This is completely normal and not harmful. Massaging the prostate with fingers will milk a man's prostate and his semen out of his penis in just the same way. This is to be expected in anal sex inside any men.
