Hello, i have a strange problem, though it is not causing any harm as of now. Here's my problem;
Background History - A few months ago, i had an issue of blood like mixture when i pass urine. I got the scans done and none of the test showed positive. Wanted to get this clarified and hence got the CT Scan and also consulted the Kidney foundation hospital to know further. They too have conducted numerous urine tests and nothing was detected. So, my kidney was fine and the CT scan was also done. I did a quick research on the internet and go to know that its not blood but a bacteria causing this. Actually, it has been ruled out as infection in the bowel region. I was under medication for sometime and i have not seen the blood like substance in my blood so far.
Present - Have been seeing intermittent discharge of semen from penis off late. The discharge happens whether im aroused or not. As a result, i see stains of semen in my underwear and i fear wearing any light colored trousers. I masturbate once in a while (say once in 15 days or so). Also sometimes, i feel slight pain and itching on my penis. I clean my penis once in a while (once in a week).
What could be the cause of this? Could this be a continuation to the bowel infection i was having. I recently got engaged and want to know if this will cause any kind of problems to my productivity to bear children in future or not. Please advice.

Hi there, it sounds to me like you may have a discharge issue related to your prostate. Have you seen a doctor about this? I think that would be a good idea if this is getting embarrassing.
