Please someone help me with some advice about penis curve. My son is now 15 months old and I don't know how come but it has been only few weeks ago I have noticed he has this downward penis curve and he was using pampers all this time but since I have started like showing him how to use the toilet I notice it is followed with abnormal spraying while urinating and I haven't react on time until recently when I actually saw his urethra opening is not where it should be on the top of the penis it is somehow sited on its left side alike and this penis curve is so visible now and don't ask me how come I haven't noticed this before for I don't know I guess I haven't pay no attention for I was bathing him each day of course but somehow I have missed this penis curve and this abnormal urethra opening or I thought this is the way it should be I don't know. Anyway I need some advice over this and what I should do is there any help in this situation.

It is more likely your son has hypospadias which main symptoms are penis curve and abnormal site of urethra opening which is actually the main cause of this penis curve but also this abnormal spraying during urination. And it is not like this is some serious condition that could cause him some further health complications though this could make his penis curve more visible and therefore it could seriously affect his self-esteem and therefore his sexual life. Anyway my son has the same problem and it is usually congenital and this condition was spotted right after the birth though sometimes it is inherited but it could also be caused by some defected hormones action in fetus. Anyway my kid had surgery when he was 4 months old and it lasted about 2 hours under total anesthesia so it all ended up just fine and we don't have any problems with that though in some case penis repair requires more surgery to be done.

After I ejaculate, my penis seems to curve more to the left once it becomes flaccid than it did before I ejaculated, and I don't know why. Do you know the cause of it?
