hello.i need a few answers im 36 and my penis is shaped like a banana pointed downward it gets so hard it hurts is this common? also my sack will sometimes hang but most of the time it stays very tight is this normal? also the last thing is when i ejaculate it use to b alot and stream out but now its like its to thick to shoot it only goes a little past the head is this normal? im married and hv one child should i be concernd about any of these please send me your replys thanks.

I'm not a doctor but it sounds like you most likely have Peyronie's Disease. I believe for whatever reason scar tissue forms in the penis and as you know scar tissue cannot stretch. This can cause a severe bend in the penis and when erect can be quite painful. This can make sex nearly impossible for both parties really. Extreme cases require surgery to remove scar tissue from the penis. I could be wrong but you should really see a doctor.
