Ive had this for as long as u can remember: I was circumcised at birth, and for as long as I can remember I've had, in addition to the darker ring beneath the head, a bit of the skin in the underside of my penis is darker (same colour as scrotum), and it seems to make a line that runs along the underside of the shaft and "connects" the dark ring with the darker scrotum/penis base skin. What is this? Thanks

its just a scarring that stays there for the rest of you life i got it on my penis too and its normal all circumcised penis have the ring
