Hi,I'm facing the same situation.
My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex late July and I took the morning after pill 5 hours after. It happened a week after I had my period.
We had unprotected sex again a week before my period was due in late August and I took the pill after 4 hours.
On the week my period was due, there was no sign of it. So being panicked I took a test and it was negative. But from reading what's online I'm stressfullying waiting 14 days before I test myself.Even though I'm 25 and shouldn't mind being pregnant I'm not ready yet.I really do hope I am not pregnant. I hope it's the pill delaying my period and not because I'm pregnant.
Please someone help.

Okay for all you ladies out there stressing I thought I’d share my story and my experience.

On the 03rd August 2017, my partner and I had an “intimate grownup sleepover” lol , carried away in the moment we may or may not of had an accident and although he didn’t ejaculate in me I wasn’t 100% sure. With my partner in the army and soon to be deployed and me having an incredibly hectic work schedule, we decided it was not the right time to have a baby so and I opted to take the morning after pill. I took the pill about 24 hours after the fact (03rd August) and 12 hours later took the second (04th August). (Sorry can’t recall which brand it was). At the time of taking the Pill, Aunt Flo (AF) had finished the day before (02nd August).

Five days later I was expected to ovulate on the 08th August, instead on the 9th August (six days after taking the Emergency Contraceptive) I had light spotting which I understood at the time was a natural and common side effect and lasts three (3) or so days. About 9 days after my light bleeding and 17 days after taking the Morning After Pill (Emergency Contraceptive - EP) my partner and I were intimate again, but we used protection. After intimacy we realized the Condom had broken, not sure at what stage but yes, it broke. (Complete shocker for me, never known anyone to have experienced a broken condom, but of course I know it happens). So, scared and unsure, we decided to take the Morning After Pill (MAP) or EC again. I know I know what you’re all thinking; you never take the Emergency Contraceptive twice in one cycle…. But I did…. And here my story!

The second MAP/EC was taking about 4 hours after intimacy on the 20th August 2017. My next actual AF was supposed to start on the 27th August 2017, which is exactly six (6) days after taking the MAP/EC on the 20th August 2017. AF didn’t come, but the PMS symptoms did. I experienced as follows on all days AF was supposed to be in cycle:-

1. Tender Breasts
2. Gas
3. Creamy white discharge (sorry about the TMI)
4. Bloating
5. Diarrhoea
6. Nausea
7. Lower Back Pain, Backaches
8. Abdominal Craps
9. Loss of focus and concentration
10. Angry/cranky moods
11. And very very tired
12. Light headed and Dizzy

The above although I’ve experienced before and are common before AF (usual PMS symptoms), I’ve never experienced it all at once. My body felt different, I felt different, I generally just felt pregnant.

It was difficult to ascertain what was happening because these are also PMS Symptoms and the MAP/EC symptoms and let’s not forget I had just pumped by body with a HUGE dose of Hormones in a time frame of seventeen (17) days….. very very silly!!

Back on track, with a one week delayed or late AF I took a Pregnancy test, let me add, I took one almost every morning for a little over a week, all Big Fat Negative (BFP). On the 03rd September 2017, exactly 14 days after taking the MAP/EC (3 days after my missed AF, which would have started on the 27th and ended on the 31st August 2017) I had spotting, it started brownish, went pinkish and eventually darker red with blood clots. I read somewhere that typically implantation bleeding occurs 6-14 days after intimacy, so I’m sure you can imagine how worried I was. I also read that if the blood is darker red with blood clots it could just be spotting or AF. Actually I think I read every possible scenario and it all led back to early pregnancy symptoms. The spotting lasted for 3 days, started light and ended heavy and then light again, this was between the 03rd August to the 5th August 2017). The entire time prior to spotting I was still experiencing the aforementioned symptoms, but as soon as spotting ended, it all went away.

This led me to believe that it was just the MAP/EC spotting or bleeding. Thinking all was fine I went about on usual. No more symptoms, until the 12th September 2017 (7 days after spotting). I started feeling sleeping again and creamy or watery discharge. This part of the symptom was usual for me. I assumed at the time from taking 2 MAP/ECs in one cycle it was just my delayed menstrual cycle or possibly ovulation. The symptoms continued for a few more days and got more extreme on the 22nd September 2017, it was at this point I was convinced that my body rejected the MAP/EC and what I was experiencing, chills, PMS, watery/creamy discharge, gas, acne and the others listed above, was in fact early pregnancy symptoms. By the 24th September 2017, a day before my next expected AF, the symptoms got worse. My AF was supposed to start on the 25th September 2017 and end on the 29th September 2017 but NO SHOW. I should note that if in fact the earlier bleeding was Implantation bleeding, my HCG levels would have been high enough to detect A Big Fact Positive (BFP) by now, but all tests came back BFN. By the 1st October 2017 with all the same symptoms lurking for days I was 100% CONVINCED I was Pregnant.

With 2 missed AFs and so many symptoms, I Unable to wait any longer and decided to pay my Doctor a visit. He did another Pregnancy Test, result came back a BFN. My doctor also did an Ultra-Sound and it was negative or nothing was detected.

After negative results, My doctor decided to induce or get my hormones back on track and put me on Norethisterone 5mg Tablets (two tablets to be taken once daily) I started on the 03rd October 2017, and low and behold, 12hours later on the 4th October 2017, I start getting discharge, as if my AF is about to start.

All in all, ladies don’t be silly like me, take the morning after pill or emergency contraceptives in EMERGENCIES ONLY!! Use protection and avoid taking it twice in one cycle, it has really messed me up.

I’m not pregnant, but I’m struggling to get my body and hormones back on track. Finally, without tests, ultra sound and blood tests its impossible to really know if your pregnant as the Morning After Pill, Ovulation and Pre Menstrual Symptoms, all seem very similar.

Hope it helped 
P.S sorry this was long, it just seemed necessary as I read a lot and no one person was able to help.

My situation is so similar to yours. But in fact I took 2 doses of ecp 4 days apart.

Had ny periods on 14th August which ended on 21st. Had sex the next day. Although he pulled out well in time there's always precum so for my peace of mind I took the ecp. 3 days later i had the same situation same scenario, but this time i was in taking the ecp. Like took it 50+ hours. On 31st August had light spotting which stopped for a day and resumed on 2nd September but it was now heavy to medium with clots and lasted 5 days. Didn't have a period in September and now it's 8th today haven't had one yet although I am having cramps. Someone suggested me the same drug ur doctor gave you but I'm unsure about the dosage since my entire cycle is off and can't pinpoint where I am at thus point. I can't go to a doctor. Please help me with the dose if u can. I'm tired of the cramps plus my mom's questions are driving me crazy

I’m so nervous and afraid to take pregnancy test! My period ended on 8/11 and we had unprotected sex on the 12: took the MAP on the 13th of August. It is October 18 and still no AF! No discharge, no spotting...nothing at all.

MAPs are pretty effective. And it isnt necessary to experience spotting after you take it. Wait for another 4 5 days and take a preg-test to appease your mind. Don't be nervous as stress can delay your period. I have gone through all this, got my period on 24th october after getting them last on 14th of august. I drove myself up the walls, took 6 preg tests, finally had to take a course of primolut N ( 3 tablets a day, for 5 days). Got my period three days after my last tablet.
