My 7 day period ended Sunday but now it's Tuesday and it's back. I haven't had sex or did anything. I dont take brith control and I have a constant sharp pain in my stomach. Help me

If you already stopped bleeding from the 2nd time then just monitor your periods well. You may re regulate..or not. If youre still bleeding it may be that you need hormones (believe it or not birth control) to regulate your period or a D&C where they scrape the uterus because it wasnt shedding properly or enuf during your past periods and needs a clean up.
