I noticed a spot/pimple on the shaft of my penis about 2 weeks ago, similar to the ones I used to get on my face during those awkward teenage years. I searched for a solution on the internet, and I found out it was quite a common thing, which settled my nerves. I then popped it.
It’s now two weeks later, and I still have a big red lump where the spot used to be. Its light pink (just off skin colour), but turns a little redder, and more noticeable when erect. It’s around 5mm in diameter and completely painless, even when I touch it.
I had sex with two girls in October (haven’t had any sexual contact since), so I initially thought about STD’s, but from looking at other peoples posts, and pictures, it doesn’t match any of the descriptions, or look like any of the pictures I’ve seen.
The thing it resembles most is a small cyst, but can they appear in place of a normal spot/pimple?
Could it just be that because it’s a spot in a more sensitive place, it’s taking longer to heal?
If so, would normal spot cream work?

Hey dude I ahve the same thing atm did yours go away? I've had mine for about a month but messed with it a bit but it's getting smaller Im just worried about the mark it leaves afterwards.
