Hi I have pimple like bumps, very similar to the descriptions of others, on both sides of my penis. probably 15 of them. I visited the clinic some months back and they swabbed me and everything and they said they couldn't do anything with them because they do not contain liquid. They dont seem to get bigger and occasionally one goes away, but only to be replaced by another.

Every once in a while one puts out a white head, if I pull it out, it bleeds a little but within a day that bump will be healed and gone. The clearish-white head is not puss-like and it resembles a very very small elongated upside down heart.

My only concern is that they orignally started as two near the crown of my penis, and now they've become locallized at either side of the bas of my shaft.

There's no pain, even when removing one of the small clearish-white protrusions.
