Hi, I'm young ish (not going to say my exact age) and I've been masturbating for at least 2 years now, and about a month ago, a saw about a 1 x 1 cm are of crackly skin, and I scraped at it, revealing a large red, smooth hard spot. And now I see another spot like that slowly revealing on the other side of my penis. Oh, yeah, these are both on the bottom of my penis. I do not want to ask my parents to take my to a doctor, it's too embarrassing. So, does anyone know how I can get rid of those spots? I could possibly try and take pictures if that is needed.

Saying that, you LIKELY have what is called a sebaceous cyst. It's like a pimple. They are VERY common on the genitals. Why? Because the skin is very thin. They often appear as a shiny hard spot.
Give it some time to heal. You can try using a warm compress to help it reduce.
