It's been 18 days since then and if my cycle stayed right, I should be getting my period on Dec. 4 but I don't have any pms signs. My urine is a bit neon yellow and my breasts are enlarged but not sore. Any theories as to what's going on?

since you took plan b it can take up to 3 weeks after for your period to start.
so you could be experiencing a bit of a delay in the regular symptoms of your period.
