I am looking into the overlap of different autoimmune disorders. Is there any chance that you wonderful people can help me out with some information? I think, but I am not sure, that polymyositis quite often overlaps with neuropathy. Can anyone confirm or deny that perhaps, ideally backed up with some data?

I have Polymyositis and Neuropathy. I took many years to be diagnosed. Lupus was the initial primary disease. Now it shows no lupus, which is in remission I guess. I have extreme disequilibrium, I use a walker. I have neuropathy & muscle weakness, which is degenerative
