yes it is true that the semen can live inside a penis even if it is not stimlated, but the amount is very very little, the chances of more precum getting through would be higher if the penis is stimulated, or in other words when he gets an erection, I really don't know if you are pregnant from this but there is a POSSIBILITY that you could get pregnant from him trying to put his penis in you, the only problem I see is that I don't know if he got some of his penis in you, if he did then you will have a higher chance of getting pregnant, and if he just left it on the outside then you have a lesser chance of getting pregnant.....so in my opinion you could get pregnant but the chances are very slim, I would just suggest to take preganance tests just to make sure

Don't waste money on getting a pregnancy test. Just wait until you get your period. I highly highly doubt that you're pregnant. Of course it's always possible, but the chances are so low..you probably have better odds at winning the lottery than you do at getting pregnant.
