pre-cum pregnancy, morning after pill

i had the same problem, i had sex with my boyfriend, but we used a condom, and it slipped, and he pulled out right away, and he didn't ejaculate, so i got the morning after pill three days later. at first i wasn't going to take it, but i decided to take it just to be safe.

you can get pregnant from precum, but it's a pretty slim chance. i would take the morning after pill just to be safe, but next time: i'd suggest you go on birth control or use a condom.

my boyfriend and i were fooling around as well and one thing led to anhother he wasnt in me for more than 10, the liklihood of precome is high but he didnt ejaculoate in me, this was yesterday so this morning my friend took me to get the morning after pill, Plan B, i took it right away should i be concerned? I took it 20 hours after sex and he did not "cum"

you should be ok. the simple fact of the matter is don't have sex without contraception unless you intend to get pregnant. you should also keep in mind the possibility of STDs, so unless you know a partner is clean you shouldn't have sex without a condom.

emergency contraception is just that, emergency contraception. it's for when other methods of contraception fail.

I know the feeling, my boyfriend wasnt wearing a condom cos we had just had checks and we had none left, n i was on pill, but i dont think he got any cum in me. but i forgot to take me pill for like 3 days after. can i get pregnant from that??

and u will be safe if u took plan B, and if it was only a bit of pre cum you should b fine

Happened to me yesterday...he was only in an inch and for like a minute and both decided to stop but I took the plan be one step pill within 20 hours. Do I have any reason for concern? He didnt ejaculate btw

Ok, I'm going through pretty much the same situation now I am so scared I am only 16 and I should know better with the situations I've saw within my family. I had unprotected sex and it lasted around 10 minutes when drunk. I couldn't take the morning after pill for another like 48 hours or more I can't remember? That was around five weeks ago, since then I've been getting stomach cramps, sore boobs and I've been feeling tired more then usual and more importantly my period hasn't come yet I know the morning after pill can mess around with your period but why would I be getting these other symptoms? Could I be pregnant? Someone help?:-(

I'm going through the same thing! It sounds like it's pretty rare to get pregnant with the use of plan b and only precum for a few minutes. The chances are really really low, logical reasoning tells me that we shouldn't have to worry.

I would like to know as well. I'm really scared, sounds like its would be really really slim chances. But logical reasoning isn't helping to calm me down right now

Hey a month ago I visited a friend, we got really drunk and we had sex. I had the terrible idea to tell him to not wear a condom but he was so drunk that he did not ejaculate. The next day I asked him if he was sure that he didn't "cum" but he wasn't so we went to the drug store and I took the French version for Plan B One Step (I can't remember the name right now but it's basically the same thing). I took the pill and 4 days later I got my period as expected, nevertheless I wasn't sure if I was pregnant even though I had my period cause you need a couple of extra days to get the egg fertilized and stuff like that, maybe it's just ignorance on my side. Well what I concluded after a month of research is the following: 1. You can get pregnant from Pre ejeculatory fluids but it's unlikely. It depends on the motility of the sperm which will vary from man to man. Don't risk it and use protection. 2. The pill is effective but you have to follow the indications. It doesn't lose its effectiveness if you have alcohol or if you mix it with SOME antibiotics. 3. Even though it says that it's side effects will disappear a couple of days later after you take them, it is not entirely true. I experienced sore breasts, acne and the urge to vomit three weeks after taking it so it wil depend. The truth is that you are ingesting a high doze of hormones so it's very hard on your body. 4. Do not use EC as a usual form of birth control. 5. If you think you're pregnant wait 3 weeks after you had unprotected sex and take the gut to take the pregnancy test, waiting for your period to come is a long and excruciating wait. It's better to know instead of wondering. At least if you know you can do something about it OR NOT. 6. Do not have sex while drunk. Bad idea. 7. Track your cycle to know which are your fertile days. It will help you ease your mind to know when is the period of your cycle where it is more likely for you to get pregnant.
