After consuming ipilI, i am not going through any side effects mentioned over the internet.I need to know that is there any chances of getting pregnant during precum? And also am i in a safe hands or not?

Not everyone gets the side effects.
It is also VERY early for the side effects to happen. You just took the ipill.
As to how effective it is, you took it as directed. But, no emergency contraceptive such as the Ipill, Plan B, etc., is as effective as a properly used condom OR daily birth control pill.
Your next few periods may be early or late.
