prolapse after leep procedure

I had the LEEP Procedure done, two weeks later i noticed a tonsil like thing in my vaginal opening.  I have been to the doctor and she said it was a minor prolapse but she didnt say what kind.  She recommended I do the kegel exercises and if it worsens, then we would discuss options i.e. surgery, therapy, pessary and so forth.  I have been gravely depressed because I look at my vagina and dont recognize it.  I dont know what the tonsil like thing is, is it my cervix, hymen, urethra what? and its hard to find my vaginal opening with my hand.  I continue to look for pictures but they only show stage three and four prolapse, or normal pictures of the vagina, or those drawn pictures which are not helping me.  I wouldnt be as depressed if I knew what i was looking at and of course I dont feel sexual.  Actually, I feel like less of a woman.
