Suspicious infiltrates are seen in the right upper lobe

The rest of the lungfields are clear.

The heart is not enlarge

Diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact

The rest of the included structures are unremarkable

IMPRESSION:

Deferred. Suggest Apicolordotic view for further evaluation of the right upper lobe.

Radiographic report indicated suspicious opacities on right upper lobe, both perihilar streakiness are noted. Impression: apicolordotic view for further evaluation consider perihilar pneumonitis. What is perihilar pneumonitis?
