I had a pain on my penis while my girl was giving me oral sex. I look and its very raw with dead skin. I didn't think much of it but now ive had it for about 4 days and it started to peel off. It is slightly on the head but mainly on the shaft. The skin is now red and burns a little. I was wondering if this is something i should worry about.
