I recently got a red pea sized lump between my upper leg and scrotum (it's on the leg though), there seems to be a black dot in the middle, this has happend once before almost the exact same thing, but it went away after a week. It hurts only when it gets brushed or comes in contact with anything really.
Since this is the second time, I'm a little less worried, but I'd like to know what it is.

It could possibly be a blackhead or some sort of pimple. It would be red because that is a sensitive and tender area. If the last went away fine, Don't worry about this one.
